Today, I ventured over to the Texas Farmers Market at Mueller for some of my weekly essential and discovered a new cashew cheese vendor, Nut Monkey Cheese!
I’ve had a hard time finding a local and dairy free cheese option here in Austin. If you have also tried to do some research on the subject, you may know what I am referring to.
Anyway, when I tried a sample of their Shallot & Chive Cashew Cheese, my jaw dropped. Thankfully the cheese didn’t…
It was THAT good.
So I though today I would breakdown my top small local cheese businesses here in ATX for anyone else lookin’ to get their fix!
1. Nut Monkey Cheese
3. Dos Lunas Cheese
4. Brazos Valley Cheese
5. Pair Smoked Cheese

Currently, she has nine flavors on her website that are available for purchase online.
You can also find her every Saturday at the New Braunfel’s Farmers Market and every Sunday at the Texas Farmers Market- Mueller.
Help us show support to Amy by following her on her social media @nutmonkeycheese 👩🏻🌾
